FC Barcelona prepared for this Saturday’s league match against Eibar this Saturday along with their newest addition, Denmark’s Martin Braithwaite, who was officially presented on Thursday.
One day after his presentation with Barça, Braithwaite trained for the first time with his teammates.
The now ex-Leganés player trained along with his new teammates and their coach Quique Setién, a recent addition to the team himself.
Without the injured Luis Suárez, Ousmane Dembélé and Jordi Alba, the Cantabrian coach brought along Ansu Fati, Riqui Puig, Ronald Araujo, Sergio Akieme, Álex Collado and Ramón Rodríguez ‘Monchu’, all from Barcelona’s B team.
As is customary on the day before an official match, the session was open to the media in the first 15 minutes, during which Braithwaite, who could be called-up for tomorrow, participated in the traditional rounds.
After the training, Setién will appear before the media as a prelude to the league match to be played against Eibar at the Camp Nou.
